Project 01

Developed 5-year strategic occupancy plan for a Government Sponsored Entity to dispose of inefficient assets, consolidate resources and services, and acquire real estate properties to allow for expansion of headquarters campus. The plan, which was completed in 6 months, resulted in the acquisition of 152,000 rsf of new space, and the disposition of four obsolete properties totaling 146,000 rsf within a 2 MM rsf portfolio

Developed financial model for capital project reporting for Global Fortune 75 company that tracked budget status, capital transfer activity, potential change orders, commitments, and invoice tracking.

Developed logo, brand guidelines and go-to-market strategy for a Artificial Intelligence tool that developed spatially accurate digital twins which evaluated employee and product workflow, equipment availability and utilization, throughput times and identified operational and circulation constraints.
